Frame Protection Kit V2 without Fork pieces…
We’ve noticed frame protection is crazy expensive… and we’ve recently learned why. First, you get what you pay for, quality material is expensive and second, packaging; a feature most people expect, but don’t realize how much added costs are involved. So here at DialedMtb we’ve developed a high quality, low minimum purchase universal frame protection kit that allows for the addition of shop or team logos. Here’s a look at what we’re doing… we hope to have a $16 to $18 per unit price point minimum order 5 units per color, 1 color only; with a retail price point of $32 to $36 with most similar products coming in at up to double this price for equal coverage. This includes coverage for most larger sections of the bike: 2 Fork, 2 Down Tube, 2 Top Tube, 1 Seat Tube, 2 Chain Stay, 2 Seat Stay, multiple medium and small miscellaneous pieces intended to help impede cable rub as well as 4 logos; nearly 350 sq inches of coverage. Material is a Moto grade 6mil high bond clear with 1 color vinyl film print, very durable with UV blocker. We are able to do this by eliminating unnecessary packaging (aka Landfill) and having everything fold into a 9×12 envelope. Coming March 2019!
